What is a game - LVL 01 - Journal entry

Games can be described in many different ways and in different forms. It can be defined as  a series of rules to direct you  into situations to determine a winner and a lose. Based on the reading "games can be defined as linked conflicts to ruin each others goals until there is a winner" this to me is so true and can be  traced to the very first game pong  where you would have to bounce the ball off your board to angle a wall bounce to confuse the other player and score a point. Games can also be seen as a bunch of patterns that you can learn to get an advantage to reach the end goal for example tic tac toe where u must get 3 in a row or even now in our new generation of games, last one standing in a first person shooter is winner
